
RUNNING REHAB & PERFORMANCE
Have you had to stop your running routine because of pain or injury? Whether you're a casual or serious runner, our running performance program can help you eliminate pain, reduce injury risk and improve your performance. The program consists of an initial comprehensive movement assessment specific to runners as well as a video analysis of your running technique. The combination of a specific movement assessment and running video analysis helps to highlight any physical deficits or technique flaws that may be causing pain or limiting your performance potential.
Subsequent training and technique improvement can be performed in-person or through virtual programming/coaching and includes exercises to address specific strength and mobility needs, as well as drills for improving running technique. Education on running related topics, as well as access to Dr. Castania 7 days/week via messaging is included in the program.
Our running performance program was designed to enable you to run better, faster and longer with less risk of injury. Because nobody wants to experience a decline in performance, or worse, have to stop having fun in life because of nagging aches and pains!
